I did last night. They said nothing they can do, told me to contact Best Buy. The code was a valid code, just none of the content is showing up in NHL. I know Best Buy will tell me to contact EA again. I’m getting the run around here.
Yup, talked to chat twice now. Given the run around both times, getting so frustrated. I have talked to playstation and went through their steps, obviously this is an EA issue, as it is an EA game. Ill take this as a loss as always.
same boat man bought a code from best buy code is valid yet no player or packs feeling a bit rip off getting the run around back and forth.
