From what I can tell, the two online wins. I completed that 10x over. I am missing my rewards ovechkin jersey because it didn't record it or even transfer over to my pre-ordered NHL 21. The objectives were completed, but because of a bug or glitch, I did not get credit. I'm not asking you to reset the game so I can complete the objectives again, I'm simply asking for my rewards ovechkin jersey, which I earned. Please help Aljo.

I'm very sorry, but we're not able to give this out. You needed to complete the objectives. We're not aware of any issues with them not completing.

You are finding it difficult to believe I completed two online wins? Can I communicate with your supervisor Aljo. This is such a small issue, but I can't let it go. Sorry if I'm being a bother.

You're not being a bother. It's fine. There's just nothing we can do about this. If we find there was an issue with those objectives, we'll make an announcement.
