It's possible you're trying to link a gamertag to an EA account when it is already linked to one. Can you try going to www.origin.com and log in there with the account you're trying to use? That would let you know if you're trying to use an account that gamertag is already linked to. If that's the case, you just need to log in with the right account.

Can you check your router to see if there's a firmware update available? Also, check to see if UPnP is enabled.

Can you try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They may have some other possible resolutions. If they get this fixed, will you let me know what it was? It's really bugging me we can't get this figured out.
