    @seven01LOL 

    It's possible you're trying to link a gamertag to an EA account when it is already linked to one. Can you try going to www.origin.com and log in there with the account you're trying to use? That would let you know if you're trying to use an account that gamertag is already linked to. If that's the case, you just need to log in with the right account.

  • @EA_Aljo Ive tried creating a new account and used the one the game is bought with. Same problem. I just have one game tag that owns the game

    Can you check your router to see if there's a firmware update available? Also, check to see if UPnP is enabled.

  • @EA_Aljo Google wifi router handles the update automaticly. Upnp is enabled. Ive also tried without the router.

    Everything worked fine until ea messed with the servers two days ago

    Thanks. This is a pretty odd issue and unfortunately, I'm out of ideas. Can you try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They may have some other possible resolutions. If they get this fixed, will you let me know what it was? It's really bugging me we can't get this figured out.

  • @EA_Aljo I have already tried that. None of the troubleshooting did help. Its something that have to do with my account and The update servers. But they are not able to look into it. So it sucks just waiting for a fix

    Do you have any of our other multiplayer games? If so, can you find opponents in them?

    I really don't know what could be causing this then. I'm very sorry, but I just don't have any other suggestions other than to try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter to see if they might have anything else to suggest.
