Thank you for replying. When we go to Roster, we can see a list of custom rosters, but when we chose one, it doesn't load up. We are looking for the players and teams that were created to use in online or offline mode...but they just disappeared from the create a player and create a team tile. I guess we'll just have to remake them.
- Socair8 years agoHero+Are you using the proper “load button”? It’s just a bit counterintuitive with a separate button used to load files there as oppposed to selecting it with x or a and then trying to load.

What is the "load" button....I am pressing A, but nothing happens. Thank you for trying to help!

Sorry, I had to wait until I got home to confirm, but I was confused with the button mapping. So there is a check mark next to the custom roster in the active rosters tile? What about in the Create Team tile? Is a team listed? If so make sure you are substituting that team in for a regular team when entering Season or Franchise mode.

Hi, Yes, we did try checkmarking the custom team, but nothing happens or pops up. The original problem we had was that all of the teams and players my son created disappeared from the create tiles. Nothing is listed...it says "you don't have any teams created. When teams are saved they show up in the roster" or something like that...but the roster doesn't show anything but a list of dates and when we checkmark them, nothing loads.
- Socair8 years agoHero+Hmm, well unfortunately he’ll have to make them again I guess. I tested the process on my PS4 and it didn’t require a manual save. I’m not sure where you’re sons’ files went, something must have been overwritten, perhaps a server side roster update that took place simultaneously.

Yes, we've pretty much given up and now he's busy creating new teams and players...keeps him busy.
