Hello, @f60664764a9c0b03.

Please contact @EAHelp via Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us. They can check on your dispute and see what the result of the investigation was.

  • Ive done that. Ive talked to advisors in chat and on the phone. Ive emailed the tos team. All ive gotten is the run around. "I cant help, go here" then they say go there. Its ridiculous.

So frustrated with the complete lack of customer service and mistreatment ive gotten

Did you submit a dispute with ToS and get the answer back saying they made the right decision?

  • The answer back from ToS was I needed to talk with an advisor which I have already done. The adviosrs told me they couldnt help and to e-mail the ToS team.

Looks like a circle to me

I took a look at your account. No action was taken on it by ToS. I would advise you contact @EAHelp through Twitter so they can look into this.

  • Spent an hour in a chat with an advisor to be told he can't help me and noone can help me.

I did find out that EA had taken no actions against my account ever.

Apparently my account must have gotten hacked then and they sent me a fake e-mail "from EA" to throw me off. The advisor said its too late to do anything now.

He also said there's noone at EA that can help me. ridiculous

I just viewed the header info on the e-mail it did come from EA.

So, how can EA send me an e-mail, take all my coins and then have no record of it at all?

If the email was spoofed, that's possible. Also, if you have a different account than the one you're giving us, that would mean we're not looking at the right account. It would be best if you could contact @EAHelp through Twitter. They'll be able to help with this.

That looks pretty legit, however, there's nothing I can do here to help. The absolute, very best advice I can give is to contact @EAHelp through Twitter.

  • I did a tweet with @EAHelp  in it.

Probably wont get help there either.

    so frustrated....

    Go to twitter huh?

    Here's the reposnse

Hey there Woody. That's sad to hear that your account got coin wiped. I know this isn't what you want to hear and I'm not sure why you were referred here, but we're not able to help with disputing Terms of Service actions here on Twitter. For that, you... http://bit.ly/3179uOZ

Your account didn't get coin wiped. I'll talk to the advisor and ask them to take another look and get in touch with you.

  • I'm not sure whats going on.

I'm coin wiped, then I'm not, then I am but noone can see it on my account. Now you're saying I didn't get coin wiped

I talk to advisor they say go to ToS team. ToS team says go to advisor. Advisor says go to forums. Forums say go to twitter, twitter says They don't know why I got sent there.

Is there anyone on the planet that can help me?

I'm glad you forwarded it along, but honestly I don't expect any resolution at this point.

I would be thrilled if I actually got some help. I've spent about 10 hours total just trying to find someone who can actually help me

I see the advisor reached out to you again, but you didn't respond. Can you get back to them? We want to see if you might have another account. Unfortunately, that's not something we can discuss here due to privacy concerns. So, if you could respond to the DM you were sent, they'll continue to work on this.

Can you send a DM to @EAHelp on Twitter? Let me know when you do and I'll make sure it gets answered.

    @woodenbark

An advisor has picked it up and will be in touch. Keep an eye on your DMs. Thanks!

  • Advisor on Twitter was unable to help me.

Everyone says they cant see where a coin wipe occurred.

How is that possible? If you guys cleaned out my account how can there be no record of it?

Twitter referred me back to e-mailing the ToS team.

And the circle starts all over again.....

    ToS team says this:

"Thank you for contacting EA help. My name is Khem Raj and I would assist you with your NHL 20 concern today.

I have reviewed your case#55288325 and come to know that you contacted us on live support regarding coin wipe.

Please let me share that after discussing your case with our specialist team, we have not found any coin wipe or any sanction on the account so we are denying your claim of the missing coins.

Should you have any further questions regarding this or any other issues, please do not hesitate to let us know.

You can also find answers to common questions on our Help Center at "http://help.ea.com" or ask our community experts by visiting Answer HQ at “http://answers.ea.com".
    "

    How is this even possible?

I received an e-mail from EA saying they were deleting my coins and then they were gone.

How can you have no record of that?

    @woodenbark

Nobody here can find any record of a coin wipe. We've gone over your account multiple times. I'm very sorry. I wish we had better news for you, but at this point, there's nothing else that can be done.
