How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to open the pack. Then I receive a screen that says: Error Failed to retrieve data; please try again later. ERROR CODE: 90A7B981F67B2ADC-0000000000009999-E70F1496E10D6A5B
What do you expect to see? A selection of 4 84 OVR players to pick from.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hockey Ultimate Team
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) N/A
What is your time zone? PNT (MST) - GMT - 7:00
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Nihilist Wolfe

I restart the game in Xbox home. The issue still happens. 

I restart my xbox via hard reset (hold xbox one x power button on console for 10 seconds). Turn Xbox One X back on... open game. Same error. 10 times in a row now.

    This is the error code I am getting and having the same problem as the guy above on PS4.

    I have restored my licenses twice and restarted the game 5 times. Nothing has worked and any other pack has worked fine.

    I am on PS4 and the same thing has been happening to me. Just locked in 30 gold cards for the 84 Icon Cards and wasn’t able to open it

    Had the same thing happen to me. turned xbox off and on. also updated Microsoft store (came across this a fix for a similar problem) and was still unable to open pack.

    I too, have this exact problem. Bronze icon, choice of 4, on xbox one.
