Thanks for the videos. Can you point out which video and when in that video your player is freezing during skating?

There are two good examples in video 95125858. in same play. In second 49  just when before the player is going to cross the blue line and and second 52 when same player recovers the puck behind the net  puck after  the shoot.In both cases I was trying to skate forward but the player did not respond. Second 2:36 it s another example when my player get (Simmonds) get the puck .I try to skate forward but iI have to pass the puck because he does not respond.  Second 2:58 passes again When my player has another pushing from behind .

Thanks. I've seen a few others report this over the last couple of years. I haven't found a solution for it yet. The others never told me what resolved it. Have you power cycled your console since this started happening? If not, try that now and let me know if it helps.

I have power cicled my console several times since the problem started but there is no changes in game play. The problem is still active. Hope you/EA can give me a soultion as soon as possible.

Have you checked for a firmware update for your controller? This can be checked by going to you Xbox settings. Then, go to Devices & Streaming > Accessories. Make sure your controller is updated here.

Controller updated and the problem remains the same.

No. I have just a normal controller,

Can you try deleting and reinstalling NHL 20?

Before trying that solution, if I uninstall and reinstall the game, will I lose the progress of the game in EAHUT, World of Chel, etc ...?

You won't lose any progress in HUT and WoC. You possibly will lose any offline saves. Franchise Mode, Be A Pro, etc., but those are usually still backed up in the cloud.

And what about My Collection of items and players in EAHUT? they will be lost?

No. You will not lose any HUT content.

On your Xbox, try selecting the NHL 20 tile. Then, hit the button to the right of the guide button on your controller. It has 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game & add ons. Then, go to Saved Data. Delete the file for your gamertag. Don't delete from everywhere though. Just delete it from your console. Then, try again and let me know what happens.

After one period it start doing the same again

Something else to try is to delete your gamertag off your console and download it again. I'm not optimistic that's going to work, but it's worth a shot.

Do you have another gamertag you can try? Just as a test. I want to see if it works on one account, but not the other.

Also, if you do what I suggested before, does it again only work briefly and then go back to stopping skating when you get the puck?
