Please start recording the video earlier, so I can see where you are in the game and what action happened previously.

It's right after to press X on the PS4 controller to launch the game from title screen

In order for us to properly troubleshoot this, we need to see the issue occur from the very start.  I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but please send another video of the issue happening with the start of the video at the title screen (before the issue starts to occur).

   • The date the issue occurred
   • The exact time the issue occurred
