Reward Packs Missing After Claiming Milestone In Ultimate Team

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I completed the last objective in HUT for the Play HUT Rush games that required you to play 250 games. I hit claim all rewards to claim the power up collectible for the 250 games completed and the elite pack for completing all 11/11 objectives in the Play HUT Rush games milestone, but neither of the packs ever showed up in my unopened packs. I have tried restarting the game and power cycling my console, but even after 24 hours they have still not appeared.
What happens when the bug occurs? It says that the milestone and all the objectives have been completed, but the rewards are still not being delivered.
What do you expect to see? The elite pack for completing 11/11 objectives, and the power up collectible for completing 250 HUT Rush games should have appeared in my unopened packs after hitting claim all rewards but never showed up.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

I contacted EA Help, but they told me to wait 24 hours and the packs have still not appeared. The issue occurred around 3:30 PM EST on OCT 12th.

    I don't believe I moved your post. I wasn't here yesterday. When did you claim your Squad Battles rewards?

    I claimed it two days ago. I've logged in since then, played games and opened the diamond packs, somewhere along the way still hoping the missing milestone pack would show up somehow and still nothing.

    @Racesunite 

    I can see you opened a Players pack 2 days ago. If that's not the one you received for the Milestone, open a case with an advisor here so they can investigate this.

    I opened a few packs that day but it did not come from the milestone i redeemed. If you take a look at the time of redemption of my 200,000 sq point milestone and the time I opened the players pack. The players pack opening was from before I redeemed the milestone.

    Not to be annoying but is there an update to the problem it has been like a month and we still haven't gotten anything

    Good that you wrote something, @EthanKap07. I’ve been thinking about doing it but never got that far.

    The need for the pack was greater in the beginning of the game, nevertheless it would be nice to get what you’ve earned.

    I think it is embarrassing to first be called a liar and then told this should be fixed and then nothing.
