tells me to reset password and then tells me to create an ea account

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? use my account
What happens when the bug occurs? it tells me to reset my password through the email its supposed to send out but I don't receive it and then once I click past that screen it tells me to create an ea account to play online but then doesn't let me
What do you expect to see? i expect to be able to either get online or create an account
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here any online mode
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) any time
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? ES_BeasTLY_YT

it wouldnt be such a problem if I hadn't preordered the xfactor edition of this account not knowing it wouldn't let me even get on the account

    @JoppDaGuac 

    I see your situation is different. You're trying to go through account recovery but haven't been able to verify you own the account so they can't recover it. You'll have to recover the account before they can help with this.

    ive been doing that for weeks to no avail not a single person from ea's support has helped

    so you're saying i have to recover the account before you can help me recover the account? wheres the logic in any of that

    Sorry for the confusion. What I was saying is that you'll need to get the account recovered before they can help with the password reset. Most likely, that will be part of the account recovery process anyway.

    i cant access the account thats why Im trying to get through ea support I've been at this for over a month to no avail

    @JoppDaGuac 

    I understand. You'll need to go through the account recovery process to gain access again. An advisor will ask some questions about the history of the account. If you can answer those correctly, they'll be able to give you access again.
