The player I bought from the auction house disappeared

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase a player
What happens when the bug occurs? Your player that you bought from the market disappears
What do you expect to see? My player in my collection
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Ultimate team
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Idk
What is your time zone?

  • I don’t have any screenshots of it. But I had 113,000 coins and I bought Ryan Murray from the 94 FLASHBACK event and I bought him for 89k coins. I had the changing line issue and I logged off till tomorrow which is now today and my player isn’t there in my collection and I still have 24,240 coins so my coins weren’t redeemed.

    Check your sets. It looks like you may have put him in one that hasn't been completed yet.

    ok I will but wouldn’t the player still be in my collection if he was in a set or no?

    Yayy that was the issue lol Ig I accidentally sent it into a set but I found it

    Hey I appear to be having the same problem I bought gerbe summer of chel player I sent it to my collection. And poof he disappeared ??

    I can see him on your account. Try going to My Collection and hitting Y/Triangle to search for him.
