(updated) Every event collectible received in last few h just disappears

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Collect any *collectible* and they are just gone from your collection
What happens when the bug occurs? Not findable in my collection
What do you expect to see? collectibles in my collection
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

For whatever reason every single event collectible reward in HUT (getting it from HUT or HUT rush) after sending it to my collection is just gone - event collectibles,player items,seasonal collectibles,customizable items,jerseys,logos,etc. Wether it's sent to inbox from "items" or  when opening reward packs it's still the same,everything is gone afterwards and cannot be found. I've lost quite a lot of items....

Edit: player items are now showing fine,but the Hockey roots  4x event collectibles are still gone and nowhere to be found...

    @aigarins 

    Whenever these cases pop up it's usually due to accidental submissions in a set. If you contact our Support team right away they should be able to verify if they were used in a set or indeed disappeared. If they disappeared they can look into granting them, however if they were used in a set they won't be able to reverse those transactions.

    So EA support told me to respond to this specific issue, even though it's not very similarly related, besides the fact that I had collectibles go missing! Here's the link to what happened, so I was trying to upgrade my Awards Kucherov card from my collection, but as soon as I redeemed 5 of my collectibles, my game crashed, giving me an error code. When I reopened HUT, the Kucherov card was in my item inbox, without the upgrades, and the collectibles I used were not. So it's like the game just accepted the upgrade but didn't actually do it to the card. The error code was 1C52212010407BA0-0000000000009999-ED3CA172F6C931B0 

    I went to EA Support, spoke for almost an hour to no resolution to my conflict, so hopefully this post will help like they said it would. Thanks.
