Will NHL 94 Rewind be available as a stand alone game?

Not this year, I'm afraid - Not entirely sure why it was never sold on its own...

There is a possibility it can come to switch down the line but not with the 21 rosters; if it was to come (and that's a big "if"), I would imagine you'd at least have to wait for NHL 22. It's been a decade since PC players had a version to play so you might be waiting a while

I really don't understand why. There is a large community of players playing this game online and it would be an easy money maker for EA. I can't see how it would be too much work to get done either.

Can you buy the game alone or is it only bundled with NHL 21?

It's currently available through Xbox Game Pass, but cannot be purchased separately other than that.

And this is GamePass only on console correct? I would have to buy an Xbox or a Playstation to access it?

Xbox Game Pass is only available on Xbox and PC. However, NHL Rewind is only available on console so you'd need an Xbox with Game Pass to play the standalone version.

This is where EA is losing lots of money.

I have multiple Nintendo Switch consoles in my home. I am not buying a Xbox for one game.

I would pay $15 -20 for each copy of NHL 94 Rewind on multiple Switch consoles if it were available. I don't think I am the only one.

I agree with @BestChrisHL94 a huge opportunity for EA to make some money here. There is a big following with this game. I personally would pay $20-30 as well to play it on the Switch.
