Wrong email address attached to gamertag been a month can't get online...

I;ve been on chat 10 times now give or take problem is my old xbox died and i guess somehow it was attached to a rogue email. I bought a new xbox and now it's asking for that password for the email i don't even know how it got attached. Never had any problems before i have filled out the recovery fill form page...and nothing.. i'm lost and have wasted some more money on playing online which i can't get on please someone help me get this damn email off my gamertag.

    @dro8136 By the way i'm on this rogue email which is tied to my gamertag which is how i'm logged in now but i aint dro8136 lol and when i go to change email it asks for password which i obviously don't have... very odd.

    Here is an ticket number from when the form was filled out and apparently i had the wrong DOB put in ... 57530652 if they're asking me to verify the DOB on this rogue account then i wouldn't know it...so they might have been confused on what was going on here please HELP!

    Hello, @dro8136.

    They weren't necessarily saying your DOB is wrong. They were giving you tips on adding accurate information. What you'll need to do is submit the web form again with new information. Make this as accurate as possible with what is on the account or we won't be able to verify ownership and give you access.

    Says my account was resolved but i didn't get any emails stating anything can someone have a look at the details?
