I'm getting the message "Your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access the feature" when trying to play any onlie in nhl15. My xbox live membership is current. This happened all of a sudden. Any ideas how to fix this?
Yes, Xbox users do need an active XBL Gold subscription to play online.

This is normally a permissions issue with your Xbox/PSN account. Make sure you have multiplayer enabled in your settings. If you do, please contact Xbox/PlayStation support to see if there are any issues with your account that might be causing this issue.

Community ManagerIt sounds like possibly some action was taken on your Xbox account. Have you talked to Microsoft support to see if they have any information on this? It's also possible you don't have multiplayer play enabled. Do you happen to have a child account? That possibly could cause this as well.
