Account Suspension No Notice
So what is the deal with the suspension process? Why aren't e-mails being sent? I have a friend who has been suspended twice now with no notice and EA is restricting people from being able to contact them to resolve the issue or even get information on why suspensions are being handed out at all. Its bad enough the site was designed by the Jigsaw killer to be 4 parts maze and 3 parts torture, but to just outright restrict contact options? Seems sus to me. After a long struggle the first time, he finally managed to find out that someone had tried and failed to hack into his account so EA banned it for a couple weeks. So basically as long as someone has your username and tries to brute force your account they can get you suspended? What are the rules here? How are we supposed to avoid bans if they are that easy to receive and we aren't even told what the reason was?

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
