I sent a case to Ea Help, I still didn't get a response but it says it's "no fix avalaible". What follows this?

It looks like after your live chat with support, they had sent your case along but were unable to make any additional changes with the information provided.

@EA_Mako Can I take a picture using my Xbox series s browser to provide proper descriptions of proof of purchase and account information since I can't access a computer and I tried going to a library earlier today and couldn't properly screenshot the page due to it being a public library PC I had to use the snip tool which kept closing the top right corner info you guys needed cause I'm sick and tired of this run around of everything and want my issue resolved
