Apex legends full screen problem

In full screen mode, the game shows blank screen with the music playing in the background. Any Solution? The game is back in window mode. The game was working perfectly since the launch. My laptop model is Asus FX504GE. I faced the problem just after updating windows with 1903 update.

    Hey @RD_rdx can you go ahead and ensure that when launching the game you are doing so on your Nvidia GPU and not the integrated card.

    To change from your integrated card to your Nvidia card:

    Open "Nvidia Control Panel".

    Select "Manage 3D Settings" under 3D Settings.
    Click on "Program Settings" tab and then select the program you want to run.
    Select "Preferred graphics processor" in drop-down menu and then select use the dedicated graphics card, select High-performance Nvidia processor.

    When your ready answer fails to solve the problem, you disappear.
    You do not accept ownership of the problem. it's not our problem, it's your problem , its origin problem , it's apex legends makers problem

    In that case @RD_rdx I would suggest a clean install of your GPU drivers as your DxDiag is showing a number of issues with your GPU. I would also ensure that all your hardware and software is fully up to date as there are a number of issues showing in your DxDiag.

    @EA_DarkoDo not worry I met 2 times with live support.I got ready answers in 2 interviews. Are the drivers up to date? What is your anti virus? Is your windows up to date? as. I threw the latest format.my problem still continues. "Since there are few people currently experiencing this problem, you do not undertake it or try to solve it."
