Daily EA Password reset email
Can someone tell me why I am being bombarded twice a day, EVERY day, with and email from yourselves titled "Reset your password". I have copied the start of the received emails at the end of this message so you can see what is being sent. This has been going on for over a week now and I am getting royally fed up with it. I haven't even used my EA account for a few years since before Sims4 was released, so this coming out of the blue.
I HAVE NOT requested a password change and after the first 3 emails went on and changed the password anyway hoping it would stop these emails...it didn't. What is going on please and is anyone else being sent this barrage of emails? Are you (EA) having an issue with your login settings at the moment that is causing these emails to be sent out. I find it very difficult to believe that someone is trying to hack my account twice a day for over a week.
How do I stop this, ?? Please someone make it stop.
See below for the start of the emails I've been receiving.
Thanks
LJH
Hi ,
If you did not request this change, you can safely ignore this email.
You're receiving this email because you requested a password reset for your EA Account.
To choose a new password and complete your request, please follow the link below: _ ( I've cut the email copy at this point)
Hi @789321564 I would recommend reaching out to an advisor so they can take a look into this further.
