    To be sure, can you all try accessing your games again and let me know that it's working for you.


    If you continue to see an error can you try restarting Origin and let me know how you get on?

I just bought sims4... and I've done everything everyone has ever posted to fix this and none of it works. I want a refund, so I can purchase it on Steam.

    @ntsp00 I am also having this problem. It looks like EA is experiencing some sort outage as the EA forums are lit up right now with similar threads. Hopefully they fix this soon..

    dont bother i bought it on steam and they still require you to use origin and it doesnt work
