Friends Not Showing Up

Can Not Add Friend both of us have completely public profiles and have searched emails real names and personas. still no results.

    @hawkeye1842 To confirm are both of you on PC/Origin? HAve you or your friend changed your persona name recently?

    I am having this issue as well. But my son's account was set up on a playstation and mine on a CPU.
