horse ranch
Hi,
I have a question and hope it's allowed.
I am from the Netherlands and play the Sims4 on my macbook with the EA origing app.
I want to purchase the new horse ranch pack, but when I confirmed the payment for IDEAL my page get's blank/white and I cannot get any further.
I also tried to buy it at the ea website but than I have the same problem ( i will attach a picture)

(I already tried to uninstall and re-install the origin app)

Please try the following steps to clear this up:
- Use a different payment method
- Make sure your billing details in Origin match the billing details for your card
- Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
