5 years agoHey @WarriorKiKI I'm not seeing other reports of this and when I tested it yesterday it was working as it should be, can you ensure that nothing on your system is blocking it, this includes your anti-virus and firewall.
If you can try on another connection to see if you have the same issue that would be great.

I switched to tethering to my cellphone, logged in to my account at https://help.ea.com/ and asked for a live chat. It created issue #935873584 but "My Cases" still says "You currently do not have any cases with us" and there was no popup window.
