Incheon arrivals kit not working

Question

Hi, I'm having trouble downloading the kit Incheon arrivals. I recently purchased a few game packs and all of them downloaded correctly, except for the Incheon arrivals kit. I have enough space and already deleted my cache file and restarted my computer, but I'm still getting the same message that&nbsp;the download server is not working for that specific kit. Does anyone have an idea of what the issue could be?&nbsp;

I managed to get it to download through the EA app. What I did was I repaired everything, then did a repurchase, what probably happened was your card didn't go through properly. The hotfix to this is buying it online, then downloading it through the EA app. If you are using origin still, the same thing can be done. It just takes a bit of problem solving and patience.&nbsp;
