Hey @HisokaJokerX, if you have a ban on your account then you will need to speak with our TOS team.
You can contact our TOS team by following the steps below:
- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

When the mail address ends on an ea.com domain name it should come from us. If you see e.ea.com, then that's still in the ea.com domain.
That's why it's likely that the mail did come from us, but be sure to check out if the mail address displayed isn't just a name to disguise the actual mail address. You can usually check the mail address by hovering over it.
You can read more about it here: https://help.ea.com/en-za/help/faq/phishing-what-it-is-and-how-to-avoid-it/
As for the account not being banned, please check if you're on the right account and if the mail address on which you received the mail is the same mail address as on your EA account.
