No access to email cannot verify identity

You are going to need to get in contact with an EA Game Advisor to assist you with this process.

Here is how:

1. Navigate to EA Help.
2. Click Contact Us at the top,
3. In the Search bar type in Origin. Click the one with the white background, not to be confused with Origin Access.
4. Choose your platform.
5. Under Topic select "Manage my account."
6. Under Issue select "Can't Log in."
7. Click the Blue Select contact option at the bottom. (If you don't have the option to live chat with a Game Advisor, change your issue and try again)

Its almost 2023 and there is still no solution to this problem. Absolutely embarrassing.

Hey @bennyler10 if you are unable to verify account ownership then there is nothing that our team can do to grant you access to or make changes to an account, this not an issue that can be fixed and the solution is that you be able to either gain access to your email again or provide the request info to prove that you are the account owner.
