    When you have the chance could you grab an Origin Error Report ID and post it in this thread?

    To run an Origin Error Report, click the Help button on the menu bar at the top of your screen, then click Origin Error Reporter. 



    Once you submit your Error Report, you'll see the Report ID. Please share the Report ID here when you can.

Hello, I have a new Mac so I was downloading the Sims 4, and all was good, but the City Living pack doesn't want to download. It says the problem is the network, but everything else was downloaded perfectly and I even restarted my laptop, and it still says it is the same problem. What should I do?

I unfortunately don't have a solution as I'm having the same issue with downloading city living, I found if you play the game anyways everything in city living seems to be there / working fine. With that being said, I do not get this message for other packs and they seem to be the ones with issues (high school years, knifty knitting, dream home decorator) I have used the origin "fix" button, I have restarted the game, origin, even my computer, I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled everything. nothing seems to work. not sure for you but these issues started when the new update came out.
