    When you have the chance could you grab an Origin Error Report ID and post it in this thread?

    To run an Origin Error Report, click the Help button on the menu bar at the top of your screen, then click Origin Error Reporter. 



    Once you submit your Error Report, you'll see the Report ID. Please share the Report ID here when you can.

Hello, I've been using origin since 2 or 3 years ago since I have a MacBook to play the sims, I bought the game and every pack on the same account and I played normally until a couple of hours ago when I closed the game and origin and got in again when I was clicking the play option on the sims 4 game to play and it didn't load. I tried repairing the game and unistalling and installing everything back now the games works but city living and spa day won't download on origin so I can't play my saves. I've tried so many things I read here and other web pages but I keep having the same error that the network is having problems and the download server is not responding. I need help, can somebody tell me what can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance and sorry if I'm not clear, English isn't my first language.

I'm not using a external drive either, it's all on my MacBook.
