When i entered a product code for the Sims 4 high school year dlc, it told me to download it from the EA app, i went there logged in. Nothing happened. I tried entering it again but it's already been used by me. What do i do? I am certain its the account I use for Sims 4, and certain that i bought the dlc.
after this will my code situation be fixed?
