Stuck at 69%

My DL is stuck at 69% for star wars squadrons. I got it free from twitch prime.

    Let's take a look and see if we can help out with that. 

    First, if you haven't already, can you try clearing the Origin cache to see if that helps? Sometimes problems with the client's cached data can cause issues like this. You can find more info on how to clear the cache at the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thanks!
