Please run the Origin reset tool and see if that fixes it.
@Tremayne4260 I am having the same issue with Verifying Game Files stuck on 0%. It’s been that way for a week and I had read and tried everything I have seen to do. Nothing works. I saw that you helped some fellow gamers/simmers fix this issue. The only issue is I can’t see your replies, just that you helped them. Can you please lead me in the right direction on what to do. I’ve restarted my computer, cleared cache, run the Origin reset, uninstalled Origin, everything I can think of. Nothing is working and I just really want to be able to play the game again. I’ll do anything at this point.
