Vampires DLC showing as installed, but Forgotten Hollow is unavailable

I think these two screenshots explain everything clearly:

I see a post on a similar problem, but on PC--unsure if the same fix can be applied here? (something with some DLCs being installed in the wrong folder on PC)

Any ideas? I have a MacBook Air M2 from 2022.

    Yep, thanks! Has the Pack finished downloading? You can check in Origin (I always have a small Origin window so DLC categories are collapsed under More):

    ah, wow, you're right, thank you! somehow it was the only DLC which did not download automatically, and after clicking around for a bit I found where it lets me download it 🙂
