Where to make complaint

I would like to make a complaint after the horrible service i have received. None of the advisors have helped and i have spoken to several

    Hey, @tatyanakayla 

    I completely understand how it can be stressful to try and recover an account that you're having trouble gain access to. Our Live-Support team is required to handle these requests the same way for all of our customers to ensure any accounts that are changed are done so after verifying it's the true owner of the account. Normally, owners have access to the emails registered to their account. We know some account owners might have used an email they submitted on the account from a long time ago, so we have specific procedures set in place to assist. 

    Account security is very important to us and we'll need to ask various questions in our account recovery forums to be absolutely sure you're the owner of the account before making changes. We apologize if this process is inconvenience as that is not our goal, but we also do not want to allow unauthorized account changes as easy task for bad actors. 

    To recover your account please select this link to submit another form to prove account ownership. If your previous requests are being denied, we'll need new and more thorough information under each requested field.

    Hello. It's upsetting to hear you had a bad experience with our EA Advisors. When cases are closed you should receive a survey to fill out on your experience, but perhaps we can help you out. What did you need assistance with?

    I have explained that I had a previous account with my games attached to that account, i am unable to access the email address as it has been deleted due to a virus. 

    And they still won't give me back the games that i had purchased. every single time i make a case the advisor keeps resolving the case even though the issue hasn't been resolved which i find to be unfair

    i would like to complain as  bought a game called Sabatoure which for the life of me will not load i have contact the EA support deparment on 2 different times and been told to try lots of different thingsd to fix the issue. The most anouying thing is that i work within ITA and have trouble shooted the problem and i have tried everything they asked me to do i advised them of all this but they were still not happy to help get my money refunded please can this happen or i will have no choice but to go the my bank and get them to claw the monay back and i will at this point leave the worst review of my life and stop purchasing your games as i think this level of customer services is completely unacceptable.
