Why do my Sims on sims 4 all have question marks on their bodies

I haven't played my Sims 4 in a year, &amp; just began to play it again, &amp; noticed that all my Sims have question marks &amp; either red, or black marks covering them from head to toe. Is this a glitch, or some sort of error. They all look like clowns.

You have to purchase the DLC that removes any glitches for $19.99.

@jman0357&nbsp; Try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.&nbsp; If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.
