Achievements

I've asked this beforehand on the forums but people didn't even answer my actual question, hhh. 

I've been playing spore for 12 years and recently when I created my account I was aware my achivements died out. 

But the problem is, No matter what I cannot regain them. 

No it is NOT caused by the joker badge bug. I never ever cheated or even knew how to cheat before in spore. 

I don't mind when my achivements dissapeared, but the fact I CAN NOT regain them.
