Could you please let us know what error message you see when trying to launch the game? 

I can’t even open the game 

Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the error. Did you install the game through the EA app or Steam? 

Here are a couple of steps that you can try: 

• Run as administrator: Right-click the game’s icon (AliceMadnessReturns.exe) > Go to Properties > Compatibility.
• Check Run this program as an administrator.
• Also, try running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode.

If running in compatibility mode doesn't work, try to temporarily disable your Antivirus/Firewall in case they're conflicting with the game.
