Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the error. Did you install the game through the EA app or Steam?
Here are a couple of steps that you can try:
- Run as administrator: Right-click the game’s icon (AliceMadnessReturns.exe) > Go to Properties > Compatibility.
- Check Run this program as an administrator.
- Also, try running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
If running in compatibility mode doesn't work, try to temporarily disable your Antivirus/Firewall in case they're conflicting with the game.
