Bejeweled Blitz freezing and stealing coins.
I was advised to post here by the technical help. Although I am extremely disappointed in the lack of support I have received for this issue so far.
Blitz keeps freezing mid game. Particularly in the championships. You can play, but partway through, it freezes completely. No rewards. You lose the rare gem or coins you spent, and shards if you managed to get that far. So far I have lost millions of coins, hundreds of shards and many rare gems, because the game freezes and keeps whatever you spent.
I have followed all the steps the advisor gave me, restart phone, log in and out of Blitz, try from another device ect ect. It really feels like I'm just being shrugged off. If anyone could please help I would be extremely grateful. Thank you for your time.
