Can't access to EA advisors and I can't understand why.

Out of desperation, I'm trying to find a solution to my problem here:

I recently bought College Football 2027 on Steam, but when I tried to launch it, I realized that the EA account linked to my Steam account was associated with my brother's student email address (thanks, Rocket League and cross-platform play).

The problem is that my brother is no longer a student, so he has no way of accessing that email address anymore, as it simply no longer exists. As a result, I can't log into the EA account linked to my Steam account and, consequently, I can't play the EA games I purchased on Steam.

I've tried contacting EA Support through the help.EA.com website, but unfortunately, I haven't had any luck. Every time I fill out the forms, I eventually get told that I need to speak with an advisor. However, when I click on the option to do so, I get the following message:

This message appears both when I set the page to English and when I use it in French.

So, I'm unable to speak to anyone who might be able to help me resolve this issue, and I can't find any alternative way to get in touch with an advisor.

So here I am, throwing a bottle into the ocean, hoping that, by some stroke of luck, someone might know of a solution that could help me.
