Can't connect account. Bought From EA!

Hello!

I bought spore from EA today and can't connect to my account?

I initially bought the game and all expansions from steam and couldn't connect. I fought with the EA customer support for 2 hours, gave up and refunded the game. Then I saw it was on sale in EA App so I bought it there thinking it would fix my problem. Well, as you can guess, it didn't.

Anyone know how to fix this?

    I am having the exact same issue as you. Did you do anything like contacting the EA support? I still haven't been able to connect to the online features.
