Cant start the game on PC

Do you see an error message of any kind when you cannot launch it?

i play on pc but i buy it on steam and i mean ea fc 25 and i dont have any error message EA_Darko

no i dont get any message i just get a black screen and then im back on the desktop

and its a bug only on that account so my brother cant play on my acc aswell he tryed it once EA_Darko

i cheacked it and there are no problems
