I am having the same issue. I somehow ended up with 3 Xbox accounts linked to my EA account (even though EA says you can only link one?) and want to remove 2 of them. I tried the chat support and they just tell me they cannot remove the Xbox accounts and offer no recourse or solution or even anyone else to talk to, just end the chat abruptly. Very rude and unprofessional.
I've tried 4 different times. Eventually it comes down to "we can't do anything, sorry" and that's that. Completely infuriating. There seems to be no resolution. This thread seems to be being ignored as well so unlikely to be escalated.
