What's crazy to me is you have "advisors" who really can't help. But instead of escalating a ticket they just close it. That's really not how a ticket system is supposed to work. But the lack of help is really sad. And like I said above. I've been dealing with this since my son moved out years ago. Lol. Last night I asked him to log in and see if he can unlink his account on his end. He was ket with the error that his account is already linked and can only been done once in a lifetime
I have this issue right here. Can’t unlink an old EA account and they are asking me for information that I don’t have anymore that I hope will match on their end. Then when they say, let our team look at here to see if they can help and then say, unfortunately, I really think a lawsuit would help this.
