%CDkey% Issue

I recently bought Spore, GA, and Creey+py/Cute off of Steam but my game came without the CD key so I can't activate it on EA. I follow the recommended guides on steam and found that my game has the %CDkey% issue rather than having a proper activation code. I can proof my purchase via steam receipt but I don't know where you do that or even begin.

    CD Key's were removed a long time ago, including in the registry editor. This is why I created this guide on Steam. It should be pretty easily to follow.

    @Sharples65 I appreciate the guide but there is physically no way to get into a live chat with an EA representative at this time. "Resume Chat" lets me send a message but then returns me to my cases. I am literally unable to get support for this issue. EA is my least favorite company.

    Is there no way to create a new ticket? I'd suggest closing your current one if you can; And then proceeding to open a new ticket and follow the guide.

    @Rulles go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ and click "game support" and search for your game or just find it, it doesn't matter, then click it, after that you must find your problem and click it, then you will click chat and describe your problem after stating your problem.
