I have a recommendation, but I doubt you'll like it...
I don't think a re-install will solve your problem, only make it worse. I have corrupted saves also and so far, after days of searching, I've found no solution whatsoever...
Your only hope is to restore the game generated backup file which might have a working copy of your savegame.
Try restoring that and maybe it will save your worlds...
