Creating an account in 'Spore'

Hi at all

I am having a problem with creating an account. I have just purchased 'Spore' for my son and in the game it asks you to register. I proceed through all necessary steps put e-mail and new password etc and then when i click next it errors saying password and e-mail don't match 🤔 Its a create an account page not a login page. Please help someone i have no idea wat to do next.

    You need an EA account to create an account. Once you have an EA account use the same email and password you used for your EA account to create a spore account with whatever Spore screen name you choose.
