Creepy and Cute Part Pack Help

Hi!

We installed Spore and Spore Galactic Adventures on my computer four years ago, we played them until that computer suddenly died, it took a long while to replace it for some reason, but when we did we reinstalled Spore on the new computer, two actually, but it was during the time when the servers were down, we had bought Creepy and Cute Parts Pack previously, and used it a lot, but when we reinstalled the game we didn't have it, we just thought that it must be linked to our Spore account (Creater555) and since the servers were down we couldn't log in, but when the servers came back up we logged in, we got our previous creations back but we didn't get Creepy and Cute, we don't want to buy it again, that wouldn't be fair, we can no longer view or use our creations with Creepy and Cute in them, I can prove that I had Creepy and Cute, look at the pictures.

Please help!

    Hi @PsychoWienner,

    If you Spore and all its addons have installed, it's there!

    Keep  an eye under c://Programs (x86)/ Electronic Arts /

    1. Spore
    2. Spore_BP1
    3. Spore_EP1

    > they are there

    If you Creepy & Cute have registered, it will never gone, it will be always connect with your Spore ID
    Do you have the game installed via CD or bought over Origin ?!

    Take a look  into the Creature Editor you'll find CC parts here

    The computer we previously had Spore and all it's add-ons installed on had fan failure, hardware virus/bug, and hardware failure, it no longer connected to the monitor either, we cannot access or view any of the files or folders on the computer, but I still think we should get Creepy and Cute, since we paid for it, we did buy and install Creepy and Cute on Origin, and we can access that if necessary.

    2. Make sure you are login with your Origin ID
    3. Choose your country (take a look right side upper navigation groin)
    4. Press the orange button below right side "Contact us"
    5. Follow the steps
