Dead Space Remake lift bug in Chapter 2

Hi EA, in chapter 2 the walkthough is player need to go to bathroom and then go to morgues to find Captain's body, but I went to morgues before I found out that there is a room behind the bathroom. 

After go to bathroom to complete the story mission and back to the morgues, the story mission automatic complete infornt the morgues's lift, my character was stucked and can't move any more. I try to re-load the game again and again but the bug still happend.
