Did not recieve my registration key.

Hello EA support,

Yesterday evening I purchased Spore via Origin. I downloaded and installed the game and went on to the registration key window.

This window tells me that I can find the registration key for the game in an e-mail that was sent to my e-mail account.

However, I did not recieve this e-mail in my mailbox or spamfolder. This is still not the case now, on the following morning... ( I checked if the e-mail account was correct and it was)

I did some searching and found that you should be able to find this registration key under "order history" of "account and privicy", however, I cannot find this code here either.

All off this results in me not able to enjoy the game that I purchased from you and I find this very aggravating.

Could you please help me out getting this registration key for my game?

    So today I contacted someone at Origin help again and this time with great succes!

    Some guy called Shudham finally helped me out, the game launched after a reload and I got a 15% discount on my next Origin purchase, which I'm quite happy with. This doesn't quite compensate for the frustration over this issue of the last few days but it's at least a nice offering.

    Case closed for me, hopefully you guys will get helped too!

    Had I realized there was an identical post to the issue I just had, I would have just hopped onto your thread and posted a ditto.

    In my case there was a code on my original E-Receipt yesterday, but now it's prompting me again and I've had no luck finding it either.

    I also did not receive the verification e-mail and have been unable to find the code... so you're not the only one with the issue, but unfortunately I've no idea how to fix it myself.  I'll post here if I hear something before you do!

    Thanks for bumping up my topic, hopefully this will get it some more attention.

    I hope this will get fixed soon I feel like I have been paying €10,- and got nothing in return for it.

    Where is it that you found this reciept with the code? Is that the order history page?

    It was on the receipt that popped up on Origin immediately after purchase, but now I no longer have access to it and I didn't get mye-mail either.  I'm pretty upset as well.

    So I got an update on this;

    I decided to contact EA about this using the live chat function and what the advisor tells me is that the order is currently in the final stages of completion.

    I refered him to this topic also to indicate that more people are suffering this problem and additionally asked him it was something he fixed about the proccessing of the order or if the process was simply slow.

    To this he replied basically the above statement again about the final stages of completion so this leads me to believe (to no surprise whatsoever) that the process is just going incredibly slow, possibly up to the point that the program of Spore will evolve and turn into an entirely new game with better survival instinct and an improved bite before I recieve my e-mail.

    Anyways, he estimated I should be recieving said e-mail in about 6-8 hours from now, which means that it takes about 57-59 hour from purchase until I recieve the registration e-mail.

    As a suggestion I might want to ask EA to improve their process a little because this isn't nearly going as fast as it should be going...

    I used the Live Chat as well, and tried to direct them to the threads of all the people with the issues.  My guy managed to make it work, but I have no idea what he did - things kept going wrong until he basically asked if he could ghost-log in to my account and just work on it himself... but he got me a reg. code and it's now showing up on the Info card in Origin.

    Good to hear that it finally worked out for you, I hope you enjoy your game!

    And for me? Well after 59 hours I still have not recieved the verification code e-mail...

    I do now have the option to request a refund under order history however, maybe I should you go and do that.

    I just placed in a work post today, about my spore registration code not coming in. I already have the game installed, just need the registration code. I can't get a hold of anyone on live chat... and I ordered it two days ago
