Did not recieve my registration key.
Hello EA support,
Yesterday evening I purchased Spore via Origin. I downloaded and installed the game and went on to the registration key window.
This window tells me that I can find the registration key for the game in an e-mail that was sent to my e-mail account.
However, I did not recieve this e-mail in my mailbox or spamfolder. This is still not the case now, on the following morning... ( I checked if the e-mail account was correct and it was)
I did some searching and found that you should be able to find this registration key under "order history" of "account and privicy", however, I cannot find this code here either.
All off this results in me not able to enjoy the game that I purchased from you and I find this very aggravating.
Could you please help me out getting this registration key for my game?

So today I contacted someone at Origin help again and this time with great succes!
Some guy called Shudham finally helped me out, the game launched after a reload and I got a 15% discount on my next Origin purchase, which I'm quite happy with. This doesn't quite compensate for the frustration over this issue of the last few days but it's at least a nice offering.
Case closed for me, hopefully you guys will get helped too!
