Dragon Age: Inquisition Not Launching

Ever since Steam updated back at the end of June Inquisition refuses to launch. There is no error code or anything it just goes right to the library. It's also the only game that is doing this. Dragon Age 2 and The Sims 4 will launch perfectly fine. But Inquisition will not. I am also not the only person having this issue. I reported the issue with no response as of yet.

    Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear that you're having problems launching DA: Inquisition. 

    Could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? While we don't know which steps you've tried yet, I'd suggest verifying the integrity of the game files and making sure you're running both Steam and the EA app as an admin. 

    Let us know how that goes.
